HIGHLIGHTS OF PREVIOUS CAREER

NORTEL (Canadian telecommunications equipment manufacturer) 1996 - 2004

· Training Group Management (local, UK and EMEA wide) - developing and delivering training to industry leading customer satisfaction levels.
· Quality Management - taking the EMEA unit to TL9000 accreditation
· Director of EMEA Knowledge Services - with P&L responsibility of >£20M and a workforce of around 150 spread from UK to Israel / Moscow.

BT 1982 - 1996

· Senior Manager responsible for the operational introduction of a major new range of business equipment into the UK, negotiation of support contracts, operational strategy for installation and maintenance, training structure / content and programme control , ISO 9001 accreditation for BT's supply and support of business switches
· Senior Manager for Southern UK IT unit - warehouses, system configuration, installation, accounts, training, consultancy, hotdesk and maintenance

· Entrance scholarship and ACGI from Imperial College, London
· BSc (Hons) in Electrical EngineeringÂ from London University
· M.Tech in Management Science from Brunel University
